Animal Keepsake Memorials is proud to offer you the opportunity to further memorialize your beloved pet with a custom designed Ceramic cameo-photo plate. In addition to the engraved text, each beautiful plate features a photo quality image of your pet (which you supply) that’s reproduced in a glazed, slightly convex, porcelain base, approximately 1”x1.5”.

Shortly after every custom plaque order has been placed, an Animal Keepsake Memorials Customer Service Representative will be in contact to provide instructions on submitting your pet’s photo. In addition, if you’d like, help in selecting whatever text will best represent your special pet can be provided to you at that time.
